Returns Policy

RETURNS

While we want you to enjoy everything you buy from us, we understand you may sometimes need to return all or some of your goods. You can return goods to All Greek Online within 14 days of delivery, for an exchange or full refund. Please note that we will not accept returns of perishable items. Please return the goods in unused and undamaged condition, with any labels still attached and in its original packaging. It is your responsibility to make sure the goods are returned to us safely and at your expence. 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed after your returned item/items are received in a saleable condition. We will refund your money to your original credit or debit card. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to appear in your account. If your item was purchased at an offer price, your refund will be based on that promotional price. 

CANCELLATIONS

We are happy to offer a full refund on most items as long as they have been returned within the relevant cancellation period:

  • For perishable items the cancellation period is prior to the dispatch.
  • For everything else the cancellation period is 14 days from delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

We do our best to make sure you receive your items in perfect condition. If however you order is damaged in transit you can refuse it at the time of delivery. We will replace it at no extra cost or give you a full refund. Alternatively, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or phone (see our contact details). Evidence of the damage will be required.
